Since then 15 financial holding companies have been established accordingly. As a result, there is a need for further discussion of the operation performance among local holding companies and foreign companies. The subject of the present study was the holding companies in Taiwan and South Korea. According to the related information of the of Bank Scope database in 2006, the input variance were fixed asset and personnel expenses, and the output variance were the net income before tax and interest revenues. The Data Envelopment Analysis, Grey Relational Analysis and Tobit regression were conducted in order to analysis the raw data. First, based on the Mann-Whitney test, the result indicated that Korean companies performed better with working efficiency than Taiwanese holding companies. However, Hana has the strongest performance in the individual’s management performance, Second, using the Spearman Rank regression analysis, the result shows that there is a significant relationship at a significant level of 0.05. Therefore, the stability of the result is confirmed. Furthermore, according to the Tobit regression analysis, a significant result is found on product efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency the fixed assets.
