Today, the use of outsourcing operations to solve business environment in response to changes in practices has been widely adopted by enterprises. While enterprises continued to adopting information systems outsourcing, the impact from outsourcing comes directly to the IS organization which involved in. The activities of information systems outsourcing makes the IS organization trigger on a series change including task, role, technology and structure in the information systems outsourcing process. Outsourcing operations affect the level of IS organization are widely and deeply. In the outsourcing process, these internal changes of IS organization, We need to systematic in-depth understanding their inherent and implied meaning, to learn more about the details of the changing content. This research uses the organizational change model published by Leavitt (1965) to study the detail effect of IS organization on information systems outsourcing, adding the differentiation of IS organization staffs into management level and working level. Through case study method, this research focus on interviewing with the IS organization staffs of management and working level. Results of this research showed that, in the task, IS organization should be focus on information technology management and planning, risk assessment and management, user management, supplier management. In the role, the members of management level should pay attention to project management, communication and coordination, the members of working level should make more effort both on management and technique, and also increase business domain knowledge. In the technology, emphasized practical rather than the introduction of new technology, improving the quality of information system, reduce the burden of internal work and an effective allocation of resources are of great help. Through to make full use of supplier technology can enjoy the benefits brought about by outsourcing, and to enhance IS organization staffs abilities of technology, systems control, knowledge sharing. In structure, management type can make more effort on full authorization and trust, the role of IS organization staffs clear defined, there will be great benefits on the user management and supplier management, the fluency of information transfer and communication, the flow of internal work. The results of this study were to make recommendations in the task, role, technology, structure on IS organization management level and working level, therefore, IS organization in the future of information systems outsourcing can befollowing.
