However, as part of the personal character difference, there will be different acts, feelings, expressions, when there is a problem to solve, or when they are on duty. If we can separate the character difference, manage our emotion control system, simplify the working stress. It will certainly improve the working energy, and limit the arguments between the people and our organization, and also achieve the wishes and the expectations from our people. 1. As we went to the topic of personal backgrounds, emotion management, and stress. We came up with a conclusion. There is no major effects on Education levels, and working experience. Except personal backgrounds, it indicates a different level of difference. 2. As we change the testing methods to SCHEFFE. We found out that people working in HSINJU has the highest working stress level. Age rank over 35 has the highest emotion manaement level. People that are married have the highest working stress level. And crew sergeant has the highest emotion management level. Other than that there is no significant effects on both education level and working experience. 3. Through all odds. Locus of control and Emotion management appears to be positive. Locus of control and Working Stress appears to be negative. Emotion management and Working Stress appears to be negative. 4. Through the first predict level. We can predict the future working stress. It can explain the racial effects by 11.1%. Through the second predict level . we can also predict the working stress level. It can explain the racial effects by 4.7%. It depends on the first and second level to predict the uncertain number. And it explains the Northern Taiwan Coast Guard working stress changes up to 15.8%.
