Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 96 === This thesis was aimed to study the state of facts of mentor teachers’ job satisfaction and the organization commitment, to analyze their relationship, and to explore the differences from the different variables such as gender, age, seniority, marriage, and education status. 186 questionnaires were sent off to 67 elementary and secondary schools which conduct the program of mentor teacher in Taipei City. With 172 effective questionnaires, rate of reply reaches 92.5%. Based on replier’s response to the self-made scale, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were applied for statistics and analysis. The main significant findings were listed as follows: 1. The level of job satisfaction of mentor teachers in Taipei was above average. 2. Mentor teachers in Taipei had high self-expectation to organization commitment. 3. Mentor teachers in Taipei with various age and seniority represent obvious diversity of organization commitment. 4. Job satisfaction and organization commitment of mentor teachers in Taipei have significant positive correlation. Based on the above findings, some suggestions were offered to the educational authorities, school and future researchers.
