碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際事務研究所碩士班 === 96 === 　　The purpose of this project is to explore the evolution and accomplishments of women. In particular, the study is concern with the role of European women and policies taken by the EU to facilitate and promote gender equality. 　　The project was thought with the aim to contribute to the growing body of literature concerned with the Feminist movement and the global movement of female empowerment. In addition to the scheme analyses relevant, yet different studies carried out by non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), government agencies, individual researchers and media outlets and then conduct’s an investigation that centers on the case study of four countries: Albania, Costa Rica, France and Finland. 　　The results of such comparison have been used to deduce and develop a set of conclusions that are of preliminary consideration and yet require further study.
