THE IMPACT THAT SPIRITUAL MANAGEMENT AND HOSPITAL TYPE MADE ON MEDICAL SERVICE QUALITY

碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === The life quality promotion adds on the medical service technology advancement, the social populace gradually increases the medical health care service demand, also day by day advances to the medical service quality request. The medical service provided unified medical care personnel''s specialized technology, the hospital equipment and the hospital other members'' supports, therefore, the hospital personnel''s manner also could affect sickness and the family member to the medical service quality cognition. The body, heart and spirit conformity medical service increasingly receives takes. This research wants to discuss the spiritual management, the hospital condition whether can affect the medical service quality. First, affiliation by the correlation and reorganization of literature, establishes this research’s hypothesis. Then, by the on-the-spot investigation and the questionnaire survey way, obtains the research material from designated 5 north area’s hospitals. The research material after the statistical analysis, the discovery result is as follows. 1.5 hospitals spiritual management may divide into a 1~4 rank from strong to weak. Buddhist Tzu Chi General Hospital is rank1. Cardinal Tien Ken-Sin Hospital is rank2. En Chu Kong Hospital is rank3. Taipei Hospital and Taipei City Hospital Heping Branch all is rank4. 2.On social support, degree of hospital’s spiritual management different, social support obtains from volunteers will have reveals difference. On spiritual well-being, degree of hospital’s spiritual management different, religious and psychology well-being and spiritual distress will have reveals difference, but existential well-being will not have reveals difference. 3.Degree of hospital’s spiritual management different, consciousness arrives medical service will have reveals difference, but consciousness arrives individual concern and reliability all have no difference 4.Type of hospital different, social support feeling of sickness (family member) will not have reveals difference, but religious and psychology well-being will have reveals difference, and religious hospital score is higher than non-religious hospital. 5.Social support and spiritual well-being are all obviously positive connected with service attitude、individual concern and reliability of medical service.
