Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 96 === This research is aimed to understand the impacts of perceived the motivation mechanism and transforming leadership on the employee effectiveness in R&D department. Besides referring the previous related theory, this study takes some questionary practice to improve the deduction. The purpose of which is to guide a R&D organization to establish an effective motivation mechanism, and increase job satisfaction. This research made use of the R&D department employee as convenient sample. 150 out of the 150 questionnaires given out were returned (100% return rate). After eliminating incomplete and invalid samples, 139 questionnaires remained (92.67% effective rate). The empirical result of this study found that there was positive correlation between perception of motivation mechanisms, transformational leadership and employee effectiveness.Base on the findings of this research, this study provided suggestions for future management applications and follow-up studies.
