The main factors to affect employee ethical behavior intensions are the morality and effectiveness of leadership, together with employees'' moral thinking and their acceptance to the moral leadership of leaders. The purpose of this research is to explore relationships among the moral leadership, the ethical values and the employee ethical behavior intensions. It is hoped that research results can provide the reference available for further improvement to modulate leadership thinking and methodologies. It is also highly expected that the Confucianism leadership culture filled with high moral levels inside can incessantly integrate other leadership theories for further prosperous development. Analysis results are drawn as below: 1.Both the moral leaderships and the ethical values have significant relationships with the employee ethical behavior intensions, but the interaction has not. 2.The ethical values of employees cause more influence on the employee ethical behavior intensions than the moral leaderships. This fact reveals that autonomy consciousness of employees has been evoked much more than before and not show absolute obedience to their bosses. 3.For individuals with low ethical values, both the moral leadership and the employee ethical values have significant relationships with the employee ethical behavior intensions. For the individuals with high ethical values, just the employee ethical values have significant influence on the employee ethical behavior intensions in the related blocks of the hierarchical regression model, and the moral leaderships and other variables have not significant influence in every blocks. This research reveals that the employee ethical values caused special and determinative influence on employee ethical behavior intensions. When researching on business ethics or other leadership efficiencies, to enhance the analysis for influence on employee ethical behavior intensions is a critical item never allowable for ignorance.
