It results in a wave for integration within financial sector; all financial institutes provide variety of products and services to satisfy the demand of consumers for one-stop shopping, the boundaries of banks, securities and insurance companies become blur.
At this current stage, most of the indirect sale channels are middle and small enterprises which 83% of them with capital less than NTD 6 millions. Unlike the life insurance companies with capital at least NTD 2billions, there are quite limited with the expense budget, human resource and the trainers for staff training. The complaint cases are shifting from claims dispute to non-claim dispute which with 54.8% ranking first. The life insurance broker companies face rapid changes under finacial environment, not only the business competition, also the consumer protection and management. How to establish educational training appraisal indicators in short term period and make up the gap of lag-behind of the agent training quickly, this is a very important task.
This research article adapts modified Delphi method with expert questionnaires. Based on the research structure, create the education appraisal indicator expert questionnaires. Set up an expert team with industrial, official, and scholar sectors. There are two rounds surveys with the expert questionnaire; these reach the consistencies within the expert team. With the aim to set up the education training appraisal indicators for agents under life insurance brokers, the research results are revealed as follows:
Set up the education training appraisal indicators for agents under life insurance brokers: it includes four layers of satisfaction of the training curriculum, enhancement of professional skills, innovation and application for job and organization strategic achievement. There are 16 core phases and 63 critical indicators items.
