Therefore, more and more female are assigned to China. In order to help the business owners to select more suitable female expatriates in China and increase their pleasure, businesses are necessary to understand that when female face they have to be assigned to other places, how their contradictory are and they would face such as family, marriage, promotion, job change and other problem of accommodation. What is the main consideration when female face to assign to other places? And what is the influence of career development when female were assigned to other place? Can the difficulty and pressure be solved through the social support when female assigned to other places? This is the main reason for author to do this research for this issue, and the main purposes for this research are list below: 1. Be the reference for business human resource department when they want to select the female expatriates. 2. Be the reference for those female expatriates who are assigned already and those who have the pleasure in the future. This research is an explorative research which use deeply interview with 9 female expatriates in China to collect the data, after summarize, it gets some result list below: 1. The difference in career plan between single and married female who assigned outside, normally, single female need more career planning and married female need more social support. When female have the variation in career development, it means the more social support it provide, the better it can help to find the equilibrium in career develop. 2. Assigning companies normally didn’t execute the preparation and pre-training, it makes the assigned people need to face many accommodations, including the personal security, medical, law, multi culture and etc. Therefore, more organization support and more upstairs support will be more benefit for those who assigned to other places.
