The Museum of Danshui Historic Sites of Taipei County had own specifically and successfully innovating business model, eventually they did not realized to analyze and generalize the contents of their innovating business model, therefore; the questionnaire of study is to discuss: how is the key successful factors of business model? How is the interaction among key successful factors? How the Museum generates innovating value into business model? The objective of study is to analyze the key successful factors for Museum of Banshui Historic Sites and their interaction and methods of innovating value. The subject of study is proposed Museum of Danshui Historic Sites and will introduce case study method via in-depth interview with top managements and related secondary data analysis. The research disclosed that Museum might combine with cultural tourism to form new recreation of extending service and product; Museum should create new opportunity of alliance with different industry through enhance cultural reservation and re-utilization; Museum should enhance customers value on cultural discipline and moral education to improve their brand equity and reputation; Museum should speed-up e-setup process to widely spread valued innovation and information. The research of case study provides a clearly valued innovative business model, find out the ways of key successful factors and their interaction of business model, and proposed Museum should maintain flexibility of organization once require to adopt resources readjustment. The study will provide the example of business model to Museum of Danshui Historic Sites, and further study for innovating business model of related Museum, and further study for academic circle.
