Thus, the way to impetus development of renewable energy is the most important issue at present, when the traditional energy is in the situation of rapid depletion and global warming. However, the production of renewable energy is related to the ground. Therefore, the formulation of territorial exploitation will directly affect the possible supply of renewable energy. For this reason, we are going to analyze the criteria of developing limitation and environmental conditions with Solar energy, Wind power and Biomass energy in TaiJiang area, and adopt different Permian standards of land adaptability of renewable energy in this article. As well as, we will apply GIS to estimate the potential output and simulate the potential supply of renewable energy to substitute for traditional energy with the statistics of renewable energy and the documents from resource and environment in TaiJiang area.
