The management of organic agriculture not only can promote the quality of agricultural products and edible security, but also give consideration to the environment and safeguard it with the balance of ecological. for the management of the current farm, it is modern trend to develop organic agriculture in nowadays. This research regards the two counties: Chang-hua and Yun-lin as study areas. By using the method of the depth interview, questionnaire investigation and documents and materials collection, to investigate the management type of the organic vegetables farm in above areas and its characteristic of the production and marking structure. It carries on the study of the management type of the organic farm and structure of producing and selling in order to have the main conclusions and suggestions that could be the references for the managers of domestic organic agriculture to make decision in operation, production and marking issues. Expecting it to be able to achieve health concept and commerce and manage the benefit purpose to make the best of both from these aspects. After deeply analyzing, the conclusions are as follows. Firstly, the structure of producind and selling of arganic vegetables farm in above areas are mainly the LI-ren collection center (north, central, south), the supplier company and the pure green fruit vegetable transport center. Secondly, researching by the cases of different management type of organic farm. It is obvious that if the small-scale organic vegetable farm could not acceding to the production and marking class, it will not have a profit-marking chance eventually without the producing and selling plan. Finally, the large-scale organic farm not only can use the farm operator of the cooperative farm way, it can implement hierarchical packaging and production and marking plan, and also can set up common brand work on marketing. Even more, they also can improve the competitiveness to create the common market profit.
