| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 96 === With the development of internet technology, more and more people use internet to acquire the information and knowledge. Because of the aging population in Taiwan growing rapidly, how to take care of elderly people becomes an important issue. As a result, the internet is a common way to get the information about elderly care, how to design a professional information platform for the needs of long-term care information becomes very important.
In this study, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to construct the information platform in order to meet the needs of the long-term care information and the sequence of major issues. By collecting and analyzing the designed questionnaires from the experts, the structures of the platform can be decided. Three kinds of the interactive user interfaces, such as targeting researching, common terminology and recommendation contents, are designed based on the web usability. In the survey of using platform to understand the long-term care, 81.8% users are satisfied or very satisfied with the platform.
Therefore, this study successfully developed an interactive long-term care information platform based on AHP. The provided interactive interfaces can assist users acquire useful information efficiently. Consequently, this work is meaningful to the users interested in obtaining long-term care information.
