Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 96 === The study was adopted questionnaire by elementary school Administrators in Changhua county,analyzed about on the basis of documents,and according to the questionnaire "TheResearch on Relation between Information Literacy of Technology and Organizational Efficiency"written by maself. The samples of this study were302administrators of elementary school locating in the Changhua county.
The results were analyzed by means,standard deviations,t-test,one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-momentcorrelation,Scheffe method multiple stepwise regression analysis.The resulis were as follows:
1.The current status of elementary school administration literacy and school effectiveness of Changhua county was above average.
2.The elementary school administrative personnel of different gendres,age,working experience,degrees,the computer use,the school scale,in the overall information literacy and various stratification planes,has not revealed the difference.
3.The elementary school administrative personnel of teaching and guiding office, the information takes advanced courses above for 49 hour, has the higher information literacy.
4.The elementary school administrative personnel of different the service place room,the computer use,the information takes advanced courses 33-48 hour,the school under the scale 12 class,senses the school effectiveness is better.
5.The information literacy higher the elementary school administrative personnel, feels the school effectiveness is better.
6.The information literacy function display orientation, can affect the school effectiveness the promotion.
7.The information literacy has the high forecast function to the overall school effectiveness,among"Appraise ability in information"the stratification plane is the main forecast item.
