Enterprises are the process of industry upgrading in the whole, technological innovation of intelligence technological market and topic of popularizing apply etc. The government, enterprise research center and development of group and do the cooperative development in coordination with organization, industry and company, spread marketing, can improve industry's whole competition advantage effectively in technological innovation. This research explores in coordination with the development being present on Qualivision Company of Malaysia and academy of sciences of Guangzhou, its technological innovation and popularize using the way of application, how to combine its inside and external resource in the course of technological innovation and technology popularization with the practice of technological transfer, effective application, and through the intermediary role, the trade market in technology, utilize and innovate the development that is spread and set up the scientific and technological market with such activities as market etc. Make training with ability in technology, the chance to reach the goal of technological transfer and marketing succeed. This cooperative development case with the role of the technological of Qualivision Company of Malaysia and academy of sciences of Guangzhou as the example, three kinds of elements formed on the technological market: (1)Market main body; (2)Object on the market;(3).Inter reaction in market . The task of technological transfer assessed and marketing is popularized person how to set up technology, development of new energy of Sabah of Malaysia and factor of hindering real procedure of technological transfer of case and transfer discussion whether the trade succeeded or not. How to focus on the pushes of flexible tactics and goal produce the cooperation of the future, reach multi-win ( everyone wins) is a main purpose. Qualivision Company acts the technological platform, there are industries of the technological demand for the Sabah, seek the suitable transfer project; original research results, even idea. Qualivision Company is breed role, cultivation experience of centre and the environment innovate to promote all necessities that relevant enterprises of Companies need to help. Hope to analysis the role of the intermediary and task analysis with research case, set up the reference the whole scientific and technological plan.
