| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 96 === The main purpose of this study intends probing into the learning attitude of the blind over the use of computer and the factors for the variation over the learning attitude for blind people with different backgrounds. For achieving the goal, this study uses the data according to the literature as the bases for the questionnaire and research design. This research has designed the computer learning attitude investigation questionair for visual impaired person of central seven cities. A total of 105 surveys were distributed and 105 were returned; a return rate of 100%. The data was then compiled and entered into a statistics software program, SPSS11.0 , where the information was tallied and analyzed. Methods of frequency distribution, percentage, average mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used for statistical analysis.
The major findings of the study are the following.
1.The present learning situations.
a.The main reason for blind people to learn to use the computer that is accessible with the blind is for getting the information.
b.The main reason for blind people not to learn to use the computer is because they do not know the relevant information.
c.The main purpose for blind people to learn to use the computer is for solving problems and improving.
2. Aspects concerning the computer learning attitude of the blind.
a.The computer learning attitude of the blind is positive.
b.The computer learning attitude of blind people with different backgrounds is significant.
c.The blind’s computer learning attitude and the factors for the variation are related.
This study furthermore presents the suggestions for the competent authorities, social welfare organizations, the blind and the future studies based on the outcome.
