First at all ,the study conducted right from the six path framework,( looking across alternative industries,looking across strategic groups within industries, looking across the chain of buyers, looking across complementary product and service offerings, looking across functional or emotional appeal to buyers, looking across time)to investigate the market-reconstructing boundaries.Then,,analyze the new value curve and validate the prosess of implementing the value innovation,with two analyzing instrument-four actions frame work (ie eliminate,reduce,raise, create ) and strategy canvas. Though the cases in the study are privileged and hold advantages in competition in the industry.The best way to win competition and gain more profit is continuously carrying on the value innovation with pursuing the differentiation and low cost .The study is focused on the thorough discussion and communication with the managers about the forming of Blue Ocean Strategy and the vision for the future . The content and the applications of the Blue Ocean Strategy proposed in the cases not only are valuable references for those who are in charge of the schools in remote areas but also can provide any other school management with hands-on information from the cases to lay out the Blue Ocean Strategy for his /her own school.
