Government faces the liberalization that requested by economic environments, it is of course restricted and shackles the system. Therefore, only rely on enterprises to support enterprises into international transnational organization, can overcome the efficiency problem of the Government, to change into multinational corporations is the main concerning of the enterprise. The development of the enterprise is basis on the "Choose the right person in the right places ", the culture of business continuity is also the key to success for enterprises, I believe that organizations and personnel recruitment process reengineering will be the key to success to reorganize its into the multi-national corporations and the recycling process. This paper is focus on the introduction of the recruitment and other related which based on the multi culture point of view of one enterprise. The environment of Enterprise culture can sever into two parts which can be outside and inside parts for discussion. As corporate culture is very widespread, affecting the management of enterprise culture scholars of the factors there is no clear conclusion, this study cited by the general management of organizations and scholars of cultural identity and cultural organizations basic assumptions, as desired corporate culture of the factors The multinational corporations in the recruitment of professional staff affected. This study found that in the management of multinational corporations, professional and management talent required to face the problem is extremely complicated, but it is shaping the competitive advantages of the main sources . So for the recruitment of professionals must have all-round consideration. According to this study, the source access professionals, the agencies more precise lock for enterprise professionals and do the most efficient option. The follow-up researchers, the proposed integration of this study can be completed, the multi-national corporations against the education professionals, used to stay three parts, summarize and study with a view to the future to provide the industry and the academic reference.
