碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 96 === After Jensen（1976）indicated the agency problems caused bythe benefits conflict between owner and manager, the ownership structure and enterprise performances become the focused of scholars research.ultimate goal of these practices is to enhance corporations value. In this research we would like to discuss the relationship between ownership structureand enterprise performances. Studies the relationships among the efficiency of a corporation and the structure of share ownership, using cancel entered as the sample. The quarterly data are drawn from the database of TEJ from before 5 year of cancel entered for a total sample size of 520 data. The internal shareholders are further distinguished into three categories: board member, management team, and large shareholder. And the primary analytic methods are the ordinary least squares（OLS），The results are as follows： 1. Board member and large shareholder presents a positive impact on efficiency of corporation. 2. Management team presents a negative noimpact on efficiency of corporation. 3. Debt_ratio Current ratio and Fixed asset turnover ratio presents a negative impact on efficiency of corporation. 4. Long finance ratio, total asset turnover ratio and capitalization presents a positive impact on efficiency of corporation.
