The questionnaire survey method was adopted and the research tools including Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) and Quality of Work Life Questionnaire. The 388 valid questionnaires were collected from Taipei area of volunteers of religious group with nonrandom sampling. The data of questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation.   The main findings were as followings. 1.Generally speaking, the volunteers of the religious groups have good group cohesiveness and quality of work life. 2.There were significant differences in group cohesiveness in different age, marital status, occupation and religious belief. 3.There were significant differences in quality of work life in different age. 4.There were significant positive correlation between group cohesiveness and quality of work life of volunteers of religious group.   According to the conclusions of the main findings, several suggestions are provided for volunteers of the religious group, administrator of volunteers, and future research.
