| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 商務經營研究所 === 96 === This research is to find the choice decision-making factors of location which are influence the Foreign Direct Investment for Retreaded Tyre Industry. Collect the related literatures and interview the expert according to industrial peculiarity. The research extracted five influencing objectives, the nineteen sub-objectives and three cross-sectional locations of investment choice. Applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), finding out the weight and priority vector of each objectives and sub-objectives for the alternative of location. The sort in priority are: (1) Government policy ; (2) Risk of Investment ;(3) Ownership specific advantage ;(4) Scale of market ;(5) Production cost. According to the priority vector, the sort of location choice are (1) United States ;(2) Thailand ;(3) Mainland China. United States is the optimal FDI location for Taiwan’s Retreaded Tyre companies among the three selected area.
The result of the study rationally is in a discreetness process which are better reference for policy decision of key manager. Suggestion the dealer of Retreaded Tyre could combine local advantage with internal source. That could create spillovers of externalities. Also could increase the competitive advantage and effective investment.
