Meanwhile, challenging the competence of green innovation for the firms on Taiwan. In academy, it was increasing more much consideration for integrating an environmental concern into green innovation process to create the win-win paradigm. Eapecially it is further to study for the issues of green innovation performance. This study attempts to use knowledge-based view to construct the capability of green knowledge. This study applied the learning oriention as independent variable, green innovation performance as mediating variable.Through deatail literatural review, to build the relationship among learning oriention, capability of green knowledge, performance of green innovation and competitive advantages. Total of 175 effective questionnaires were returned. Then use statistical analysis software of structural equation model (SEM) and AMOS7.0, the results find that: 1. Learning oriention and capability of green knowledge was positive correlated. 2. Learning oriention and performance of green innovation was positive correlated. 3. Capability of green knowledge and performance of green innovation was positive correlated. 4. Learning oriention will be through capability of green knowledge indirect impact on performance of green innovation. 5. Performance of green innovation and competitive advantage was positive correlated.
