Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 模具工程系碩士班 === 96 === The thesis is about designing four pieces Ni mold inserts which include a reflecting, an entering and an exit surfaces respectively with the way of UV-LIGA, etching technique, and micro electroforming processes. Then put the designed mold inserts into a mold with three- dimensional micro- structures of the light guide plate to start the closed-die hot embossing. At the same time, try to use Taguchi method and to observe the quality of closed-die hot embossing and different high reflex surfaces causing the optical influences to the light guide plate. In the long run, for one thing, it comes to a conclusion that temperatures of the mold have a great effect on an entering surface Ni mold insert. On the contrary, the heat pressure proves crucial to the exit and reflecting surface Ni mold inserts. For another, as regards the uniformity of the luminance in the optical character, the light guide plate of different high reflex surfaces are better than the one of the same high reflex surfaces. In addition, from the aspect of unique structure, for the sake of saving time and cost during the period of replacing act, the special design which is able to follow individual needs can only be replaced one of the whole mold inserts or the inserted mold board instead of the entire mold.
