The implement of this winding machine is expected to save large amount of man work while can wind the wire with higher precision. The winding of metal wire is the final procedure of the whole metal processing. The quality of final product depends on this final process greatly. The process of the winding will produce stress in the wire. The residue stress will cause misalignment during welding. For this reason, it is important not to induce stress inside the metal wire while winding the wire. For example, the tension of winding wire, the wire density in arranges and the arrangement way. Therefore, a development of an automatic winding with a tensile control system is needed. We can improve not only our winding speed but also the wire quality. The design and automation experiences we obtain in this project will help us to device other metal processing equipments.
