It will reduce the transporting time and depositing time, and doesn’t cut off the production line. Furthermore, the operator is unable to acquaint with the whole situation about automated storage and retrieval system, so it is difficult to control situation of equipment correctly and causes to input the wrong command. We choose the genetic algorithm to get the optimal path for transporting materiel in this article, it means we can find an optimal path in order to transport the basic glasses material. The genetic algorithm will help to avoid getting the local optimum by mutation in the process of searching the optimal solution, so if you use the genetic algorithms, it will avoid this problem and then we will obtain the optimal transporting path after comparing all solution.It is difficult to control operation of equipment correctly, therefore, we plan to display the situation of automated storage and retrieval system and AGV by TFT-LCD, and then the operator can handle the condition of system. We will use the ARM embedding the genetic algorithm to complete the research about finding the optimal path in this program, use the ARM to complete calculating step. Because we will transform the mode of input into the file, the operators use conveniently and reduce errors when inputting command, and record the history of input by this way. Finally install the LCD in ARM to display the situation of automated storage and retrieval system and AGV, it will help operator to handle all situation of the system.
