For the publishing business it was impacted hard and transformed to the technique of the information network, producing the new type of electric publications which is quite different with the traditional reading. With the new type of the electronic book forms, integrating speech, video, image, writing, etc., it has created a brand new reading style. In this article it starts to illustrate the hardware and software technique about electronic book as the basis of electronic book future development. It also physically tested at the campus to examine the feasibility for electronic book mobile learning system. With the combination of the mobile learning platform and the electronic book, it has been proved that the electronic book technology could become very useful teaching tools in the future for education.
