The power demand data of customer and feeder had been studied in this research and the floor area of customer had been collected to estimate the load density of customer. ASP.NET and the Oracle 10g has been used in this program to build a web-based network data mart, 35 relational table had been built in the database to manage data and a multiple-function interface had been developed also in this program. The data mart will combine customer data warehousing of Taipower to support load forecast research and will combine mobile cell to provide real information to research and customer in the future.
