Therefore this research goal in develops a set to have the driving record traffic safety monitoring system. This system uses Microchip® micro controller 24HJ64GP210 to do for the main core control part, it has SPI, I2C, Capture, PWM, ADC etc. the hardware peripheral surface, causes the system to have the low cost, the volume is small and so on the characteristic. Signal picking up uses the non-destructive structure, joins the protection circuit between the system and the vehicles system, Simultaneously will obtain the information digitalize , the storage, the demonstration as well as inform the driving vehicles condition on own initiative in the specific situation by the pronunciation way. In order to prevent driving over speed or has not maintained the traffic safety caused happen the accident, this system design suppression vehicles acceleration function, The affiliation is away from and the vehicle speed monitor by the driving changes the vehicles to cause the movement for the oil which the vehicles decelerates. This system research and development is helpful to popularize the traffic safety system for the vehicles basic equipment, enhances the traffic safety and the maintenance path smooth benefit.
