碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 96 === Due to fast development of high technology and contraction of products life cycle, how to insure fast research and development (R&D) of high technology products has become a main issue for business. In order to find the key factor of shortening R&D and testing time when receiving massive orders, this study analyzes the R&D of high technology products and testing system first. And then propose four-stage scheme model: the design of the high technology products, prototype making and verifying, pilot running of the R&D project, and finally pilot running before massive production and verifying. Also, the study coordinates with running mock system and testing the design to find the factor. Lastly, this study proofs the practicability of the result of high technology R&D and testing system by using case study.
