HA the other name is Hyaluronic Acid which is one of necessaries In Humans body. There are the special characters of organism absorptive,compatibility,compatibility,sticky,water retention capacity inHA, which can exercise in the ophthalmology face-lift, orthopedics, cosmetology and carcinoma treat areas.
After the electric industry Taiwan government began to develop the Promote Biotechnology industry ,the government focus on the “two trillion & double star”Industry plan and Promote Biotechnology is the one of industry. The dissertation use the questionnaire on members use HA and the make up skin, orthopedics, cosmetic hospital in North of Taiwan, Middle of Taiwan and South of Taiwan.In this research also concentrate on the company which manufacturing sale produce. Sale HA products Afterdiscuss with the managers of,RD,Manufacturing,Sale. in A company and Manager in Medical,Cosmetic industry,and the indication analyzed from professors before ,to decided using the Statistical analysis and DEA evaluate the achievements of HA products for the helpful of HA in RD manufacture and sale procedure.
The result of dissertation shows:
1. The satisfying of HA in the cosmetology analysis: North>South>Middle
2. The satisfying of HA in the medical product analysis: North>South>Middle
3. The satisfying of HA in the make up analysis:
North> Middle > South
4. The satisfying of HA in the health food analysis:
North> Middle > South
To summaries above will provide the sale strategic management informant of HA Companies sale in Taiwan. South of Taiwan is the area for HA all products. Middle of Taiwan is the field for make up and health food, and cosmetic and medical products of HA is the main products sale in south of Taiwan.
