Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 96 === Since the censored and imprecise information are ubiquitous in the real world, under this fuzzy environment, the supplier selection based on the lifetime for the exponential model is proposed in this paper. The fuzzy estimates of lifetime capability indices of suppliers are obtained according to the approach taken by Buckley (2005a, 2005b) and the Zadeh’s extension principle in fuzzy sets theory. Some optimization problems are formulated and solved to obtain the -level sets for the purpose of constructing the membership function of fuzzy estimate of performance index for each supplier. The presented methodology takes into consideration an interval of imprecision in the sample data and leads to a three-decision rule with the FLCB decision chart. The most preferred supplier will be located by resorting to the FLCB decision chart to plot the fuzzy estimates of capability indices, where the fuzzy estimates will be obtained from the fuzzy sample data collected from suppliers. The fuzzy inference for assessing lifetime performance is a natural generalization of the traditional test; when data are precise the proposed test is reduced to a classical test with a binary decision. Finally, a numerical example is illustrated to present the possible application by incorporating the censored and imprecise information into the problem of supplier selection.
