Total of 350 members in Kaohsiung-Pingtung Division, Kiwanis Taiwan District participated the current research and 266 questionnaires were properly filled out by the respondents. The survey indicates that: 1. Leadership Style is remarkably related to Organizational Commitment, but irrelevant to Work Pressures, and Family Role Stress. 2. Negative correlation were found between Work Pressures, Family Role Stress and Leadership Style; high correlation between Work Pressures and Family Role Stress were observed. 3. Leadership Style, Work Pressures, Family Role Stress each has notable influences on Organizational Commitment. 4. The findings revealed that each individual factors has single or multiple impacts on the members’ commitment toward the Non-Profit organization.
