Based on the mitigation goals of the Kyoto Protocol and the Bali Roadmap, the future emissions of GHGs are estimated. In addition, the correlation of GHGs emission and economic development is discussed. In Taiwan, the emissions of CO2 and CH4 are ranked as the first and second among the six GHGs. In this study, the mitigation strategies and goals of these two gases are drawn up and, furthermore, took are reference for the implementation of mitigation policy in Taiwan. For mitigation strategy of CO2, three scenarios (cost priority strategy, mitigation-goal priority strategy, and responsibility allocation strategy for department reduction). Moreover, for mitigation strategy of CH4, the annual goals of 1%、3% and 5% reduction are considered respectively. The target years for mitigation goals and strategies are 2012 and 2020. In addition, this study also investigates the analysis of Small World Network (SWN), and further applies in CH4 network. First, the sources and sinks of CH4 are identified. Secondly, the network of CH4 is built. Thirdly, the modes and links of CH4 network are used to test the characteristics of SWN. Further studies may focus on the application of SWN for the issues of environmental protection. This study also suggests that the mitigation strategies and policies of GHGs emission should be implemented as soon as possible for the member of global village and the pressure of international convention. 李志賢 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 171 zh-TW |
