Compared with a traditional power-saving illuminant, LED is brighter, has many advantages, and has become an important technology of solid-stwet lighting in many advanced countries. However, in the packing process of LED, the problem that the distribution of phosphor power, the arrangement of wafers and the process of manufacture may cause difference in product of illuminant and the difference will influence the average of illumination. Therefore, the purpose of this discourse is to find out an easy and fast way to measure the illumination Pattern of annularly-displayed LEDs. This research uses chromatic CCD camera to capture the image of illumination pattern of LEDs, makes the lighting shape present on computer screen by Frame Grabber Card, and then analyze the distribution of illuminant by digital image process. The Simulation result showed that the light size is unable along with the photo source and the scattering board distance changes, causes to be different with the experimental result.
