| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 96 === There are significant risks converting any idea into a commercial product development project. Expicelly, the risk of high tech product development which involves big investment, requires complex technologies, and short lift-cycle of high-tech products can impact the sustainability of company. Therefore risk management for high-tech commercialization project has to be the highest priority. In this research we propose the following processes: Compilation of published future product from major high-tech compaies; Brainstrom and group decision technique involving designers, engineers, marketing experts, users, and decision makers determine on list of desired products； Decomposing each produt on the list into important technical components； Analysing the top components shared by the most product on the list for their commercial opportunities and risk； Apply QFD（Quality Function Deployment） determine properties of components based on user requirements； Consequently, Exploring risks and risk controls system of commercialization using FMEA approach and Delphi method.
