On the other hand, the higher of crew member's commitment, the better to the organizational transformation, and also member’s organizational confidence has positive adjustment effect to the organizational transformation. After the supposition analysis and the solid service confirmation, proposed the following research suggestion: 1、 Expand the personnel to organize the change of cognition degree, the other unitses that to be the other sectionses or army, be the internal opinion integration reference sill. 2、 Face the manpower management problem:through analyze the detection, the personnel widespread contained the pressure to lead the big phenomenon, the manpower manage the unit and should face this problem, suggesting the method as following: (1)The appropriate programming manpower dispatch, striving for each unit manpower and the ability well balanced, and shoulding arrange the work experience in each unit more abundant of the personnel is the work leadership (2)Impelling the in-service training, promoting working ability.Make use of various piping provides the opportunity to study, and give the budget subsidy, reduce to receive training the pressure. (3)Carry out the group discussion, integrate the supervisor and the operating personnel's idea and opinion, reduce the phenomenon of the request inconformity. (4)Build up the knowledge base, to integrate the work experience, carry out to spread to accept. 3、The realization duty adjustment system of examining and assessment,the research discovered that, Carry out the duty adjustment investigates the system, study to find, after Comptrollers the organization change, the personnel to adjust to the duty or the unit works the variety the cognition lower, so adjust the aspect and should build up to open the mechanism in the duty and good well investigate the system, the since low duty adjust of insecurity feeling. 4、 Aim at the different personnel give the different training and instruction, to draw near the supervisor section and the cognition margin of the grass-roots staff member, the since low-pressure power also increases its commitment to unit degree.
