Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 電子工程學系碩士班 === 96 === As reliability issue on every kind of electronic product being concerned in recent years, the DC brushless fan gets more and more popular in the thermal industry. However, the DC brushless fan also faces the superheat problem when current passes through the enamel coated wire during operation .The hyperpyrexia of a DC brushless motor can shorten the warking and affect the radiation efficiency of the motor as a cooling fan. In order to lower the motor temperature, the coil parameters: cross-section area of coil and number of turns were set as design parameters in this study. Mathematical models for the rotational speed and winding loss were established, and the rotational speed and temperature were also measured for motor with different coil parameters combinations. We found that the rotational speed increases with increasing cross-section area of coil and decreasing number of turns, respectively. However, the motor temperature decreases with both increasing the coil parameters. Therefore, a large cross-section area of coil complemented with a high number of turns is preferable for designing motor with low temperature consideration.
