From such phenomenon, it can be implied that this emerging power can be applied to enhance opportunities for their employees to cerebrate and communicate to promote efficacy of the internal operation. By interacting frequently with external environment, these enterprises have elevated their fames and influence. Furthermore, their competitiveness will also be boosted. In addition, according to the survey of Taiwan internet users made by Chuang Shih Ji in July, 2007, there are almost 70 percent of internet users have their own blogs. Therefore, blogs have become one of the most popular activities for Internet users. In recent years, some scholars in our country have studied on blogs, but few of them have pointed out the factors why blogs are so popular and successful in a short time. Thus, this study is to analyze how blogs are influenced by the following three aspects: content value, technology value and social value. Then, the factors why blogs are so popular can also be concluded. By sorting the related references and researching the questionnaires, the key success factor of blogs can be found and hence the results can provide concrete suggestions and be used as references for future users when they set up their blogs.
