In the patient''s mind, nurses provide a kindly attitude、caring eyes can help them to reduce the pain and suffering during the time. The leadership style of the high level nurse manager will seriously impact all the nursing staffs， attitude、professional and work satisfaction. In the current medical environment, nursing care need to be constantly progressed and reinforced. The high level nurse manager should lead and encourage their staff to be innovation, so that the nursing work can be applied to the health care needs. Therefore, it will be very important topic to select a properly high level nurse manager. In this study, we use fuzzy multi-criteria model to analysis the cases, and select properly high level nurse manager form all of candidates
The research results shows: when the decision-making group have different weights for each of the candidates, the results will be different. It is based on the weightings from which the committee are preferable.
Another, the study create a new and convince operation program by EXCEL VBA (Visual Basic Application). You will quickly get a correctly result after input all of relation information. We can flexibility use this program, because it is not limited by number of committee and candidates.
