The enterprise marketing is doing any method to make a connection which approaches the impossible circuit. The circuit has hugely transformed. The concepts of logistical supplying chains has been evolving around the world, which urge the industries and the supply and demand of marketing to increase and decrease rapidly. Therefore, constructing a complete and effective logistical rear service support system, or the logistical outsourced industries to enhance the efficiency and service quality of logistical industry has become an important strategy subject for enterprises. In new era, the block of trade has been removed or overcome, so the strategy of logistical management must further lead the existence and development of enterprises.
In highly information-developing time nowadays, enterprises expect a lot that commodities can be immediately, effectively, accurately, and perfectly delivered to the destination, which is the great expectations of enterprises, and is even listed as the mission must be reached. Therefore, enterprises should embrace extremely prudent manner to choose the logistical circuit business, and adopt the strategies of selecting proper logistical industry through certain mechanism and suitable method. This research is meant to discuss the related literature about the strategies of logistics, logistical center, logistical management,and the the management strategy and the management technology of thirdparty logistics after logistics has been introducted to Taiwan for more than ten years. In addition, with the item of evaluation of the logistical circuit business, by using the research method of the gray relational analysis and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) of Multi- Criteria Appraisal to confirm the feasibility of the research. Simultaneously, compared with the net profit of other companies as a case study for an empirical research. Evaluate the best choice of the domestic logistical circuit business in this research, and provides the reference for Logistical Industry.
