With the commercialization of medical services and rising consumer awareness. The doctor-patient realtionship from revered the doctors on the past to equal interaction. The main purpose of this study is that through the dialogue between physicians and the patients to content or accuracy the relationship.
The interview of qualitative method is used in this study and quantitative method to testing the result with interview data. We take 9 surgeons who work at a regional hospital in southern Taiwan. Asking the physicians to described the cases(patient’s age、gender、question、data according source ) and dialogue. Every physician will offer the cases in 3 level of patients’ age and totally for 81 case been record.
The findings of this study that the relationsip between doctor-patient and the health information is close together. When the patient collective the correct health information and make question with high level knowing about the disease in clinical that will increasing the degree of the participation in treatment decision.
