Along with the rise of environmental protection consciousness, the public requests the implement of green supply chain in succession, European Union hence have the creation of extension manufacturer''s responsibility (EPR). Each member nation of EU have already established related laws to request the automobile industry to carry on recycling, poisonous material managemen and so on which in order to extend manufacturer''s responsibility. Opposite to our country automobile industry recycling system, although we promote the wastes recovery and business wastes of reuse for many years and the reuse system of each kind of goods has already established, but the link between the supply chain and the reverse supply chain still don’t to be clear. Therefore, this research first collects the related secondary data of the vehicles recycling management system in Taiwan and the member countries of European Union and conducts grounded theory and Case study. The fieldwork is in context with compare automobile recycling system difference in the EU member states and Taiwan then advance automobile recycling system defect in Taiwan. Through investigate car resources, use of recovery material situation and the amount of recycling laws affects recycling and recovery parts, to understand and evaluate the performance of green supply chain which carries out to vehicles recycling management system in Taiwan. The result find that because of establishing of the laws and the direct organization to classification and reuse of recall spare parts were better in Holland and Sweden , so the green supply chain management was successful. The facilities and processes of disassembly were not detail in England, the green supply chain management was worse than other countries. The government, manufactories and recall business'' were do their things alone in Taiwan, so green supply chain management still has numerous leaks. The core concept of this research conclusion is use of recovery material executive situation, and treats the relationship between abandons automotive pulverization factory, automotive parts manufacturer, the automobile makes factory and automobile repair shop in green supply chain of automobile industry. The result of study reveals recovery material has been recycled, remade, reused in green supply chain. But reveals recovery use degree have different from business affection. Additionally, the processing methods of each recycling material and source still must establish better standard and laws which depend on the government. Under this foundation, the green supply chain and the spirits of EPR can be implemented validly in automobile industry in Taiwan. Pi -Ju Tsai 蔡璧如 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 121 zh-TW
