This paper tried to examine the relationship between organizational commitment, supervisory commitment, and knowledge sharing; and found out organizational commitment and supervisory commitment which has stronger effect on knowledge sharing. In order to examine the relationship, this study first reviewed existing literature to set up research hypotheses, then developed a questionnaire to measure employee’s organizational commitment, supervisory commitment and knowledge sharing, and finally used independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, analysis or correlation, and multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The conclusions were as follows: 1. There did exist some significantly different cognition amongst different people on organizational commitment, supervisory commitment, and knowledge sharing. 2. There had positively correlation between organizational commitment and supervisory commitment. 3. Organizational commitment had partially significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. 4. Supervisory commitment had partially significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. 5. Organizational commitment had stronger effect on knowledge sharing than supervisory commitment. In the end, this study used the conclusion of this research to make some suggestions for organization and future research. Hsiow-Ling Hsieh 謝琇玲 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 113 zh-TW
