1. Explore the related definition of appraisal principles and key successful factors which influence Taiwan enterprisers to invest in China and Vietnam.
2. Understand the current investment status of Taiwan enterprises in China and Vietnam.
3. Gather information about the appraisal principles to invest in China and Vietnam from experts of up, mid and down streams of industry. Provide integrated opinions of experts.
4. By applying Delphi and AHP, the complicated issue can be transferred to a relation of precise and simple layered structure which can be used by Taiwan enterprisers as a guideline to effectively and successfully appraise the investment in China and Vietnam and lead to the upgrade of competition edge.
In conclusion, on the basis of the superior investment environment and preferential duty, Taiwan enterprisers can only get the maximum return on investment if they can treat these activities under the principles of equality and reciprocity, and the spirit of full cooperation between Taiwan and China or Vietnam. Therefore , along with the trend of economy globalization in the new era, the current direct investment not only changes the pattern of international divisions of labor but also brings the new development of the international economic.
