In the battle field must grasped the combat situation then be able calmly to deploy the combat. The manufacture management also need grasped the tendency of the production scene then could carry on each planning and execution correctly.“ The information crystal-clear of the production scene” was the essential base construction in maintain competitive ability of manufacturing industry already. The manufacture execution system (MES) often considered as the representative at offering on-the-spot information systematically for a long time. However, only a few electronic industries with higher automatic level lead-in. With the progress of science and technology, the development of enterprise''s electronicalize also become the key factor of enterprise''s competitive power in promotion. During progress with the computer science and technology, the work procedure of manufacture industry, in spite of the stock、sales、inventory、evaluation、engineering requests、engineering computing and so on, they are all can use the program of “Microsoft Office Excel” to aid calculate, achieved the logistics smoothly、goods not piles up and hold the procedures of work progress.
Those can hold various name and position of steel, it appear at the time of goods, either cannot because project the different and omitting in order.
In traditional industry, estimation and quotation are all generally ballpark figure or calculates artificially. In this kind of calculation, can not calculating accuracy and waste your time. There are no idea fluctuation cost of the reaction price and error on time. Even in tracking the procedure of goods, depend on the calculation of the computer. In each department, they can contact the workflow from head to foot. Increase of allocating manpower pace, even may react in the connection of all department at once. In present traditional industry, they though must to buy the suit software or ask the people to write or write the database by their staffs, then achieve the goal of estimating and offering. In fact, the Microsoft Office Excel can reach such purpose easily. It can increase the speed of all work procedures、hold the entire work progress and the material needs to make up the goods then achieve the goal of logistics control. Moreover, it can use VBA of Excel, make the work procedures to be controlled. The cost of supplies can avoid the unnecessary waste and the cost of personnel can be controlled. Therefore, this thesis is based on above stated divides into five chapters to analyze and discussion.
