Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業工程與管理學系碩士班 === 96 === The main purpose of this research is to discuss the relationship among job satisfaction, work values and turnover intention and take the Taiwan expatriates in China for example, and the issues are proposed through a review of the literature, including “job satisfaction,” “work values,” and “turnover intention.” Two hundred and eleven questionnaires were collected from Internet for Taiwan expatriates in China, with one hundred and eighty-two valid. SPSS software was used as a tool and several statistical methods, including factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, two-way factor of analysis, Pearson correlation, regression and pathway analysis, were employed in this study. The statistical results showed: (1) different level of education possess noticeably differences in job satisfaction;(2) different seniority possess noticeably differences in work values;(3) job satisfaction is obviously interrelated to work values;(4) job satisfaction is conspicuously interrelated to turnover intension;(5) job satisfaction possess noticeably differences in work values;(6) job satisfaction possess noticeably differences in turnover intension;(7) work values permeate job satisfaction possess noticeably differences in turnover intension .
