Therefore, how to create more gains by economizing on production cost is a major topic. The scope of this thesis is to treat about Continuous Production. In order to economizing on cost, we use the Six Sigma DMAIC method and the Structure Equation Modeling as tools. We also take A chemistry company as a real case to improve. There always have some correlation in continuous production. Therefore, we can use the path analysis of the structure equation modeling and the intervening variable in process to investigate the variables in continuous production and analyzed by the Amos5.0 software. In the A chemistry company case, by using six sigma method to improve and find out the key factors by structure equation modeling and modify it, the manufacturing process cost can be decreased and the output can be stabilized. This study is also useful for scholars and professionals in related fields to help improve the overall execution performance of engineering projects in Taiwan.
