For example,maintain task of navy ship maintenance.Logistic personnel have been feeling and perplexing for a long time about the question of the spare parts.Too many spare parts which are more than real requirements would waste a lot of money,and lacking spare parts would delay the schedule of maintenance. Because of the combat duty, every weaponry in the army must keep in the state with available good quality at any time , especially equip material that has major impact to the system.It is unable to tolerate and postpone supporting to cause the situation that lower fighting capacity. In recent years, the warship maintains and material lack situations are getting more and more serious day by day, which result in great pressure and burden on logistic maintenance personnel.Probing into its reason, besides limited budget, the main reason is logistic management unit gets the demand quantity of equipment spare parts are not estimated exactly, and fail to purchase the material according to the actual maintenance demand.
This study applies Habitual Domain (HD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the main principles. First, finding out the influence factors of “Navy Ships Maintenance for The Requirements of Spare Parts” by document review, then conferring the valuation standards of “Navy Ships Maintenance for The Requirements of Spare Parts” by expert interview and HD method to set up an analytical model structure.Developing the 14 standards,and three aspects which are Policy of maintenance,Maintenance management and Stock management,etc. At last,using the software of Expert Choice 2000 operated in Windows to calculate the weight of each regulation exactly, and drafting reasonably the layer structure of the evaluation model of the Navy Ships Maintenance for The Requirements of Spare Parts”.
As the results of the study, the three aspects valued by the experts are the Policy of maintenance aspect(total weight 0.634 ), Stock management aspect(total weight 0.192), and Maintenance managemen aspect(total weight 0.174)in order. Among the 14 standards, the first five items which the experts most valued are Safety Factor Demand(total weight 0.291),Availability Demand(total weight 0.146),Reliability Demand(total weight 0.093),High Trouble Rate Equipment(total weight 0.075)and Critical Spare Parts(total weight 0.072). This study deduces " navy ships maintenance for the requirements of spare parts evaluation form" to provide the suggestion of the navy ships maintenance for the requirements of spare parts evaluation.Expert to become the basis that the maintain department can trust and follow.
The other shipyards and industries do the maintenance for the requirements of spare parts evaluation referring to this research technique.According to their attribution and demand, constructing belongs to optimization of oneself enterprise culture Spare Parts pattern.
