Data had been analyzed by Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regressions to illustrate the study findings. The results were found as the following: 1. General description of the participants; more female care providers with the mean age was 34 years old, 52 were register nurses, and 58 were nurse assistant, most of the them had finished the college education and mean working year was four years. 2. Job perception of the care providers was positive, with “residents safety” ranked highest, and “nursing care performance time” had lowest score; job satisfaction with “the meaning of the job” ranked highest and “self-ability” had the lowest score. 3. Care provider’s education level and the working experience in long term care insitiution were the significant predictors for job perception ; Besides, age, education and job title of care provider were significant predictors for job satisfaction. 4. Job perception and job satisfaction of care providers were positively correlated, achieved significant level. Based on the findings, it was suggested to enhance the positive job perception of care providers in long-term care facilities, in order to increase their job satisfaction, improve the care environment and reinforce the quality of care.
